The journey of Crew Security began with our founders, Bodrul Mohammed and Alastair Hall, who first crossed paths while working at TK Maxx. It was during their time in the fast-paced retail environment that they gained firsthand experience with the complexities of loss prevention, safety protocols, and crisis management. With over 15 years of combined expertise in retail security, people management, hospitality, and recruitment, Alastair shares, “Our primary goal has always been to offer a service that places the safety of people above everything else.
